debadging and rust touch ups

today i debadged the boot of my clio. theres those wee pinholes left.

is there any guides to smoothing over and painting?

im looking to be able to do it myself if i can... and at the cheapest possible price.

theres a few patches of rust ive sanded and covered with hammerite. ive sanded these. what i was gna do is primer them with halfords white primer spraypaint... then paint them with touch up pots of paint, sand that down using different wet and dry, then t-cut?

i have absolutely no clue really. help would be good!

is there a way you can find out which badges will leave pin holes? because i want to take mine off but i wont bother with any that will leave holes
