Decat!

Anyone got a blue flame exhaust with a decat? I'm thining of doing this but don't want the exhaust to loud, i've searched sum vids & seen a standard exhaust decated & it sounds nice. Anyone know the noise level? and would ther b much of a power gain?

what sort of performance gain? bhp? is it stupid loud? i like my blue flame noise at mo, somtimes want it louder but i dnt want to be heard from miles away

i think its only about 6-7bhp. without a turbo you dont get massive increases but response is better.
thinking of doing this myself, although wont get 35bhp more like i did when i decatted the scooby.

I put a ktec de-cat pipe onto my janspeed exhaust and it picks up quicker and revs more freely. not too loud either. i put video of it on the other day

janspeed decat ,blueflame cat back,and viper. sounds nice and pops abit wen cold,i think theres a performance increace but im used to it now,roll on the remap!(wen i can be arsed to go to leeds (rs tuning))

do it fella tis a good move!!

never been on in the 18 month they've been fitted.
dont know why people worry about this light even if it does turn on, a good garage will turn it back off FFS !

get them reset ffs its not really a big isue to me, its only a clio.!!

You know it's got a fault ( you have took off the cat ), so the only fault showing should be emisions light, so you just keep deleteing the fault!
