Declaring?

A couple of my turinis need a refurb, due to damage not caused by my self. It not serious but they need doing. Anyway thinking about doing all 4 and going for a color change, will i need to declare this to my insurance? As they will be the same wheels.

Also thinking about fitting diffrent springs, probably some Eibach Sportlines, i know i have to declare this but do you think it will effect my premium, im with elephant.
