Easy to change IF - you have 10+years experience working on F4R engines and you do 5-10 a week, then you can do them blind folded (i really must attempt it sometime!) and ALL the specialist locking tools to do the job (not laser shite off ebay!)not being arrogant, just the truth

I got mugged of aswell. Brought a clio 172 phase 2 and the timing is out and there's oil all over the cambelt and pulleys

Seeing as they can't read Fred's post - I can change my helicopter belt (belt-driven tail rotor) in 5mins.

I've never really made a point of timing it but I thi I my record is just shy of 2 hours on my own car. That was with someone catching the parts as I chucked them at them lol.

Yes. Admittedly this was on it with the RS2. Stuff like the CC is missing so that saves 20 minutes etc
