It's probably been discussed on here too many times to mention, but what's all the 'bursting into flames' fuss about? Was there fault or something in the MK1s? I have seen the pics of the V6 on fire.

The smashed v6 was on here a few weeks back just some pics though it was left hand drive and it looked like the drivers part was ok'ish
