DF0008 and DF0196 fault codes?

Hello

the car is a 172 (02)

i have the electronic fault light on (piece of bread symbol)

rs tuner chucked up the following code(s)

DF0008
DF0196

it says throttle pedal position track 1?

anyone got any ideas?

car has been stood for 6 months with no fault codes or running issues.

If the reverse light switch is broken could this chuck the electrical fault light up?
