Difference in 172-182!

I hav a 172 and was wondering if i could have parts of a 182 to make mine the same as a 182! i have heard that there is a different manifold on the 182 that gives it more bhp is this right????

Yes, the manifold is different. No, don't bother (it needs a link pipe and requires dropping the subframe to fit it). It is a 5% power increase to make up for the extra weight in the 182. Power to weight is the same across the Clio RS range (obviously not including the V6).

Different exhaust manifold and a different map.

But no, you can't just use 182 parts (why would you want to?) the exhaust won't fit because of the spare wheel well.
