Difference in Decat pipes?

What is the difference between all the de-cat pipes that K-tec and yozzasport sell? there is a variation in price between them, but how? It's only a straight through bit of pipe. Can one be better than the other? and which one should I go for? I have just ordered a Milltek cat back system.

yozzasport is TIG welded and has OE flanges, apart from that they're the same

Fred, will they fit the standard exhaust? And do yozza do a Silenced version of their decat?
