Differences between 15 and 16"?

Can of worms I know, but what sort of differences are there between a set of 16" and 15" wheels?

I was planning on swapping my standard 172 alloys for a set of 16" Ultraleg's or Turini's - but I'm now thinking of refurbing a set of 15" Oz F1's in Anthracite.

I'm not really after A is better than B etc, but what the pro's and con's of each are?

Tyres are cheaper on 15"... Smaller rolling radius, but nothing noticable.

Lighter - should accelerate, handle and stop better
Cheaper tyres
Smoother ride due to increased tyre profile
dont look as good


16's
look better
firmer ride

Thanks, is the stability at high speed affected at all? What about putting power down, no problems on 15's?
