Mk1 Rsi was a 1.8, 8v motor, body same as the rest of the range (excluding 16v and williams) Not sure about the suspension and brakes.
Mk2 Rsi was a 1.6, 16v motor, body same as the rest of the range apart from the 172 and V6. It had half leather with leather trimmed steering wheel, 6 spoke alloys, ABS. Apparently had slightly lower suspension and slightly stiffer front anti roll bar. Mine has air con and a sunroof, so I assume one of these comes as standard.
Regarding the Drive, I can only comment on the mk2, But after a mk1 1.2, it felt pretty quick with impressive brakes. Quite quick too. Not too cheap to insure though, I got a quote before buying mine, then once I got it and finalised the policy, the price went up!! Apparently the Rsi is a higher insurance group than other mk2 ph1 1.6 clios (8v or 16v)
