Different Types of pads ?

Car  Astra 1.9Cdti SRi
ok just need to clarify this,

when i had a pug 306 1.9 TDI there was 6types of brake pads for the front,

but on the clio is it the same since their both french cars? or is it just 1 shape pads for all clios, its a 1.2 16v mk2 ph2

need to kno asap as my brake were griding earlier from the front, and since the pads have been on the car before i had it (over2years ago) and iv done around 40k miles on same pads & discs i think their due..

Hi mate. Id think about buying some uprated brake pads instead of renault snash. Positive K-tec do a good set for £40 - £50 for all the cliomk2 models. Not too sure on discs though bud

na, standard pads & discs will do me fine :) had no problems with them before so no point spending extra i wont notice, maybe i will on a later date, but i cant wait for them to be deliverd as i need the car day to day..

just want to kno if theres different shapes pads, or just the 1 shape, Dajones said theres 4types of Calipers, if got the lucas 1's ..
