Digital Camera, I need help choosing

Im stuck between 2 cameras. I have a max budget really of £200. The cameras I like the look of are a Panasonic Lumix and a Fujifilm SLR:

My friend prefers the Panasonic as he says it has a really good lens, and the Fujifilm isn't a proper SLR. Can any-one help with some input on a really decent camera in my budget?

Just a little bit of advice with Purely Gadgets, I found them absolute crap, and once they have your order the only way you can contact them is by email, and they take 48 hours or so to reply.

Theres some really good sony cyber shot cameras out at the moment check out dixons, currys and comet they usually have good deals on. I like the fuji slr, but it not a true slr. To get a great slr you have to really spend £350+. The Fuji finepix cameras are good though.
