Can any1 recommend a decent camera ? I don't really know what to look for in 1 apart from I want a decent pic out of it . Any1 with some knowledge ur help would be appreceated

Any camera will take a decent pic if you have the eye for a shot....it's not the camera that makes it.

What's your budget?

P&S? CSC? Bridge? dSLR?

Just really for a learning basis I've seen a couple like the Samsung nx5 and the canon 400d .also just to get some good pics of my car and also kind of make an album of my dog aswell

For learning a Fuji X100 is perfect, but some may say you would need a DSLR.
Since owning my X100 I will never buy an SLR ever again.
I'm creaming at the new M9 Monochrome.
