Disable one touch electric window?

Hi all, is there a way of disabling the function that powers the electric window all the way down when you've only tapped it once? It moves so quickly and it's a pain trying to open up a specific gap by flipping the switch up the other way.

Disconnect the switch then reconnect it should do it.
