Disaster struck

Well tonight my Clio 200 completely gave up. Was on the motorway decided to over take and the engine made a unusual sound next min all sorts of horrible noises smoking everywhere pulled into the hard shoulder. Still smoke belting out the car and low and behold looks like maybe the rod has went through the block no oil and no coolent left in the engine.

Not sure what the hell to do if I should sell as is or meglio or what [emoji30]. Car has got or had 73k on the clock few mods body work is great

Had a 200 blow up right in front of me at Snet the other week, took me by suprise and was disappointed that I didnt have my cam on he was obviously trying to hard to keep in front of me...

Update!!

Beaniesport said it’s the worst they have seen!

The con rod came right out the engine and was sitting behind the alternator

It dropped a valve which locked the piston solid. At which point, unstoppable force meets immovable object.. and the best is in the under tray

Bought a stage 2r fiesta st lol. Had over 20 clios so time for a change no double will buy another but in the mean time need a little taste of something else lol

Power from them is great handling so far seems good to not to sure if it’s on par with clios but we will soon see has budget tyres on it so they will do through winter then will put some sticky stuff on for summer coming in
