Discs and Pads min thickness

Just measured my pads and discs thicknesses.
What are the minimum thickness for these, mine are as follows:

front o/s
disc: 23.70mm
pads: 7.5mm

front n/s
disc: 23.60
pads:8mm

rear o/s
disc: 7.7mm
pad: 3.5mm

rear n/s
disc: 7.6mm
pad: 3.5mm

Looking at that i would say the rears pads are shot but what do the discs and pads come as standard before wear and tear?

Not sure about the disc but the rear pads are only about 5mm new so don't worry about it, plenty of life left yet.

What's the best way to measure the disc wear? Just overall thickness on them?

digital vernier caliper can be got for £12 from lidl supermarket measures in metric and imperial. lidl's is ace for cheap tools and gadgets!
