The point was, someone asked if any on here had played it yet, the only one to reply in the positive was someone who downloaded a pirate copy.

Therefore, youtube videos from people in the states are not the people on here, and irrelevant to the question that was asked.

As the question was asked of those on here, my reply related to those on here also.

All you lot can stuff your opinions, I played it for 2 hours last night and, all I will say is it is a A-LOT of fun. Superb game.
Once you pick up the knack of the blink feature, clearing a room makes you feel like a bad ass.

Visually it's alllriiight and then occasionally pretty, but the rest is amazing. The lack of auto saving despite the ability to save anywhere (which I'm aware on Xbox is a rare treat) can be a bit annoying if you forget to save.

I spent 2 hours re-doing certain rooms in the first couple of missions, just so it was that bit more slick than before. So in answer to coby the industry destroyer, it's definitely worth paying for. DICK.

P.S, for those who aren't with wooden legs and an eye patch the game came out in France on Tuesday (for some reason), so just use a VPN for PC

As I'm a shallow selfish sea bound urchin I felt that after playing through Dishonored I was mildly disappointed. Therefore I will not be giving you any money for it.

I liked that it was different from the usual run and gun, also liked the way the characters and world had been designed. Nice change. but i just didnt think that much too it. Rat plague was fun. When I killed the high overseer, i simply stood on a table and set off loads of rat swarms to devour them.

I realy want this but just can't justify it at the minute. Got far too many other games on the go so just not worth spending full price for it to sit there and collect dust untill I get round to it....which at this rate I'll be able to pick up a second hand version of it for £2.....

Played a bit more of it at lunch today. I'm up to just before the first assignment, so barely into it at all.

It's really immersive though; really sucks you in. The art style is awesome too. I'm a bit impressed.

Picked this up earlier and I'm really enjoying atm.

I've just killed some commander dude, can't remember his name though. Got through to some kennels, killed some dogs too. Saved it there, but I think I have to get back to a boat.
Getting injured quite easily though, not keen on the block button (R2 on the PS3) but everything else seems good.

Overall, very good game. Lots of re play value too.

Just started replaying to try and go through game undetected, not killing anyone.

Bloody hid a body, which then got eaten by rat swarm. Finished level, it counted as though i killed him!

Yeah I think going through without killing anyone will be bloody well hard. Also going through undetected will be near on impossible IMO.
Think I'll replay some missions soon, cocked up a part of a side mission yesterday.

Played it earlier, really good. Graphics are pretty ropey but then the gameplay and story seems intriguing.

Is there anything more satisfying than throwing a guards decapitated head at his mate to get his attention, before stabbing him in the face!

I find the use of blink to get on top of things can be quite hit and miss on the xbox. Sometimes you can select thr area easily enough, others it takes ages or doesnt allow you to for no obvious reason.

Not good when trying to quickly move through an area.

I seem to find it more frustrating as a game the more i play it. Noticing more things wrong with it

It give you an indication of whether you'll grab the ledge or not though.

If you see arrows then you can Blink to the ledge. If not, you fall.

I'm on the last mission now.

Borderlands 2 has apparently 40+ hours of single player game time. This must be around 10 or so?

Yeah, 8-10 hours they say. I'm at about 12 with a decent bit of wandering/exploration.

I'll do it through again once I'm done, just to get the stealth achievements. I've only really concerned myself with the storyline this time through. Still playing stealth though.

I managed it in 7ish, and that's with some moderate exploring. BUT, it's no indication of what I genuinely spent on it, as I must of replayed segments of it by quick loading at least by a couple of hours, maybe more. I kept going back through parts of the level trying to get the perfect run-through.

It is kinda short though, but a sh*t load of fun. Will probably replay it at some point.
