Display / Monitor Program

I am after a program similar to NVIDIA Control Panel which I can use to switch between my normal monitor and my LCD TV. I dont like the windows one and for some reason NVIDIA doesn always work i.e you would change the displays round and it would just flicker both screens and then just go back to the way it was lol - any ideas an that aswell???
