pretty easy tbh , scotchbrite the full car , or sand with p400 , prime and repait and prime any scratches / dents etc .
fully mask the car out and spray away , best to use a gun to avoid patchy paintwork etc.
yeah could be done in a day if you know what your on about . do you have any mates that work in a bodyshop and can show you how to mask up properly ? will make it alot easier that way , and for bit that easily come of small trims etc its better to take them of and paint separately
there is a thread some were , not sure if its on here or not . and a bloke painted a old car ( similar to mustang etc ) for £50 he used a rolller and painted it all cream with a red thick bit going up the bonnet then mopped it all . The finished piece was amazing it looked like a few grand paintjob in the end .
If it's a matte paintjob then it'll be piss easy to do, all you have to look out for is getting runs in the paint and making sure you've coloured everywhere properly.
