If you're a full member there's a pretty good guide in the guides section - step by step. Seems simple enough as I shall be trying it soon myself.

really straight forward:

1) Ensure the vehicle is on level ground jack car up and put on axle stands
2) remove engine undertray and engine cover
3) remove oil filler cap, and use an 8mm square bit to remove the sump plug
4) drain oil into a container so it can be taken to a household waste site
5) remove the fuel rail guard using a deep 10mm socket to allow access to remove the oil filter
6) place a rag below the oil filter before removing it
7) make sure you have allowed all the oil to run out and if you have new oil, then pour some in with the sump plug still out to flush the old oil out fully.
8) fill the new oil filter up with oil, and smear the rubber gasket lightly with oil before refitting
9) refit the sump plug, with a new copper washer and tighten to 15Nm, refit the engine undertray and lower the vehicle back onto the ground
10) refill the engine with approx 4 litres, then fill slowly and keep checking the dipstick to ensure the level is between the maximum and minimum levels, refit engine cover

I got mine from renault, It wasnt copper. Metal with a small rubber seal attatched to it.

Someone should be able to link up the code for it. Ive got one but its for my 1.2. If someone confirms the washer is the same ill copy it up. Costs about a quid.
