Diy turbo kit questions

Car  Mk2 172 Cup
Probably been covered a lot but can't seem to find all the information I need so just a few quick fire questions lads

1. Can you run turbo at low boost on standard internals?
2. Can you use standard ECU for turbo setup (mapped)?
3. Where can I take an turbo oil feed from?
4. Will a decompression plate be needed?
5. Anybody got any useful threads that have a lot of info on 172 diy turbo kits

For 172 cup

I plan on making a td04 turbo kit from scratch

Standard internals will do 240 happily enough. And 280 should be no problem if decompressed (thicker gasket easiest way)
the rods will be first thing to have a problem although the pistons aren't great either.

Standard ecu with a different map sensor is possible but most likely is going to be expensive to map compared to just fitting cheap aftermarket as the definition files aren't publically available. I wouldn't bother personally.

Standard clutch can't cope with a lot of torque.
