Well as Im sure most of you are aware Djw Dave and myself built a 1.7 Turbo Mk1 Clio recently which he used with much fun for far too brief a time until some scummy b******s broke into it, stole plenty and damaged it.
How it started about 3 years ago iirc
At FCS 06 on its coilovers, black wheels, monacos etc etc
Back on the road following the turbo conversion with its 3rd interior (new reclining buckets, black carpet etc etc)
All ran well for a month or so on the run up to FCS, then the alternator died, no worries we thought. Took it to Daves work and left it in the yard. Obviously someone liked the handywork and decided to break into it

So now we've decided its too good a shelll and had to much time and money spent on it to scrap it so its track time for it now! We dont like to do things by half so heres whats happening now!
How it looked earlier this week
And now todays progress!
Halfway through the day, all carpet and all plastics bar the dash removed
A happy Dave
Me working (as per )
Finished for the day!
Pretty much just some wiring to come out once we've figured out what we can lose!
Due to the break in damage we've had to replace the door, figured may as well start lightening it!
Must make some sort of difference! Plenty to be grinded off from elsewhere inside!
Wheels and coilovers are also off so they can be sold
Cheers
John
