Its a general renault thing!! not just 172/182!!

Ive had the same faults across my 172 and 182, the Trophy doesnt have some of the suspension related issues but other than that everything else is the same.

None of them are major though, just niggles you will learn to live with.

lol... Hate to worry your fella, but I said the same thing about my car on another forum and within a week, after 16 months of trouble free motoring Id got the 4k rattle, my passenger seat had come loose again and Ive got an intermittent starting problemm..... f**king things!!

The only problem Ive had with my 182Cup is tne temp sensor fail. Other than that, its been very reliable in 12k miles. Many of the issues seem to be with the so called toys that make the full fat such a better car Of course, it can rattle a bit sometimes, but its a £12k shopping trolley so who gives a f**k

I had two saxo vts the first one excellent so got another one the second one pile of crap,sold it within six months.Any way i think its just luck of the draw
