Hi there, Do i need spring compressors to fit new springs and top mounts to new shocks?

Depends on springs, on lowering springs you shouldnt do, possibly on stock springs? Try and see!
Should be ok yeah, seen Fred do my Eibachs without compressors and he did it fine, so Cooksports should be the same!
You will need them.
Sportlines can be done without compressors. Anything which lowers less than the 45mm they do it's a very tough/impossible task.
My eibach prokit needed compressors.
They're about £6 from ebay! Just buy some. I've used mine loads now I've got them
Course if you do it on a non sport you'll lose your f**king head but that's by the by.
I've done countless shocks and springs on 172/182's and can confirm, 100%, you don't need compressors .
