If it was my own car I'd change a flywheel irrelevant of the price. If it's not done many miles I would genuinely just skim it at an engineering shop though.
On previous cars (subaru impreza and Mondeo ST220) I'd just get it skimmed to make sure the mating faces are clean and true. From memory getting it skimmed only costs about £40.
