Right well i'm about to buy an incartec stalk adaptor but i'm unsure on which to get.
My car's an S reg RT with a dash display. The connector is a flat brown one, not the square yellow one.

Do i get this one http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/29652-steeringstalk-control-adaptor-p-3474.html

or this one
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/29601-steeringstalk-control-adaptor-p-3473.html

as the 2nd link says clio 2 without dash display, and the first says clio 3 with dash display? i dont want to buy one to find out that its for the Ph2 not Ph1 :S

Cheers

  clio si 1.6
i have a 99 si with the head up display
the remote connects not behind the radio where it used to to the factory radio but conects behind the head up display ....................

what you have to do is this
1.) remove the dash top this is easy to do one screw eaither side of dash and three in the screen vents

2.) remove the trims thear run up the sides of your windows on the piller they are held in place with a push clip at the top

3.) pull the whole dash mound included as it is part of the dash then slide it out

4.) right behind the head up display you will see two conections going in to the display the one tha nips down the back behind the radio is the one to remove

5.) then plug the adaptor in pass it through to the back of the radio plug it in and bob is your uncle

6.) get the wife to put it all back together as that is a faf

WORKED FOR ME
good look
hope it helps
