Do renaults have a servicing schedule

I am trying to figure out what my car service schedule is,

The book says 12k sparks plugs 100k.

The dealer says 18k spark plugs 32k.

The car has been serviced every 12 so far.

Another completely ridiculous thing is the service cost quoted by my renault dealer (worksop)

£220 Great British Pounds for an oil, air filter, oil filter change!

Surely the parts are around £60 plus £50 for labour - £100 is fair, maybe £120 but £220 takes the mick somewhat. (I am sure I can get my 5 series serviced at my local dealer for less)

Anyone able to shed some light on the reality?

Mine gets serviced every 12k. Belts need doing at 32k or after 5 years, whatever comes first, then at 72k...

Sack the dealers off as well, Since im guessing your local to worksop/sheffield area its worth the drive out to birchdown in Cheshire (about 1 hour away) who are renault specialists but dont rip you off.

Actually it's 72k for spark plugs.

I just think it's ridiculous for a renault dealer to charge that much, what must their hourly labour charge be in that case?

Anyway, I am not really desperate to take it to a specialist as it's just an ordinary car at the end of the day, I will take it to a local mechanic (technically specialises in BMWs) but I am sure he will charge 1 hr labour (£40) plus parts of course.

According to the book timing belt - 72k, do you service ahead of schedule?

Service is 12k or 2 years, which ever comes first
Aux belt 36k or 5 years, which ever comes first
Cambelt is 72k or 5 years, which ever comes first

Then there is (I think)
Spark plugs at 72k
Coolant + Brake fluid at 4 years

It's all in the manual TBF

I know that, but my dealer is giving me advice that contradicts the manual.
