dodgy grinding noise under braking!!!!!

i have a 1.4 alize and when i brake under low speed the front drivers side wheel seems to make a grinding noise and you can feal the grinding through the pedal. i have changed the pads recently and checked the disks. they are fine. i just cant think of anything else it could be??? any ideas??

new pads and just checked discs?
Could be warped disc maybe

yea i thought that but i checked them by eye!! lol i dont think thats the propper way of doing it

could it be the abs ring?? i have had a read thru some posts and thats the rough idea im getting!!

My car makes a horrific noise under heavy breaking and thats the ABS going although it sounds lile the wheel is falling off.

Do try the ABS system and see if its that.
