Dodgy Hazard Light Button..

I noticed this a couple of days after I bought the 172, but when I push my hazard button on, I go to switch it off and it gets stuck and wont switch off unless you jab it quickly with your finger, even then sometimes it doesnt turn off, I wondered if anyone has had the same problem before?

d4nn3h had a similar problem not too long ago, his wouldnt turn off if i remember correctly. simply took it out and got a replacment i think to solve it.

£17 or so for a nw one dead easy to chnage though.

Common isue.

I bought myself a new one in the week.

Is there a fitting guide anywhere?

They just pop out, unplug old one and plug new one in. Job done

Pop out as in you can pull them out the dash or do I need to remove the radio to get at the back of it all?

The panel that it sits in just pulls out, it's clipped into the dash. Then just pop the button out. No need to remove radio etc.
