Clio 172; Megane 1.6

my 172 has recently started being very juddery at cruising, from low revs all the way up to mid / high revs, and the emissions light comes on every now and then, this has happened previously and i took it too my friendly local garage, who hooked it up and had to change one of the injectors.
Since then it has been running fine, but now the same thing is happening!
Is there a good way of checking the injectors or working out if it is a deeper problem? Obviously the injector they fitted would still be under warranty but i'm not keen on replacing it every 6 months or so!
