Dodo juice

Howdy

Right due to owning a fully wrapped car (never again!) for the past year im getting quite excited about being able to wax and polish a car again, so been looking at dodo juice as ive heard good things about it before....

How does everyone rate dodo juice ? because its not cheap , and also what one would you recommend for a blue cup ??? :)

think i may just have to treat myself :D

Wrong section, but yeah it's good stuff.

I use Blue Velvet on my Arctic Blue 182 and find it very good.

my bad i wernt really sure where to put it sorry lol !!! edit ..just seen the car detailing section !

yeah i was looking at the blue velvet one .....but i dont get the difference between a hard wax and a soft wax

Hard wax is more durable, but soft wax will look better, iirc.

I could be wrong, but I'm sure Gally or JD will correct me if I am.

I wouldn't know about which one for your colour car.

I rate it very highly I use banana armour and the finish is really good. I went for the hard wax, it's ninja to put on and take off but it looks great and lasts a decent amount of time.

Ive got a arctic 182 and its a very similar colour and i use dodo juice purple haze or blue velvet

  Not a 320d
The colour doesnt matter. Colour chargins is a load of toss, but Having used purple haze on a black car I do think it has the ability to "hide" stone chips.

Blue Velvet is great, as is purple haze. Try the Pro versions if you can stretch. A pannel pot will cover a whole car probably twice if you want to try it.

Dont expect miracles though, they look good but durability isnt amazing and the water behaviour is ok for a short while. Id save a few more quid up and buy Zymol Carbon.

I use orange crush on arctic blue, seems to give the colour more of a pearlescent look imo, and smells amazing.

ive got a s**t load of it, tried the clearly menthol window cleaner last week and it was OK ddint do wonders.. i think i prefer the AG stuff on that front. im going to try it this weekend on the golf if the weather holds out :D

I like alot of the Dodo juice stuff having used (wax wise); Orange crush, Banana armour, Blue velvet, and Purple haze. I think the durability of the harder waxes is good, as was the beeding and shine given off by them.

But having After buying/using Zymol Titanium and Glasur i would recommend saving alittle extra and going for something from their range like people have mentioned, but if you dont want to stretch that far then Dodo's stuff will still do a good job!
