Does anyone know of any programs/software that changes ?letter from caps to lower

I have just been typing up a report for work and had been typing for a few minutes, all in bloody capital letters though

Are there any programs/software available free on the internet that can change the inputted text/fonts to lower case without me deleting what i've just typed in to turn it into lower case ?

It would be useful, asnd time consuming.

As i've just had to delete all of what i just typed and type it in lower case

ok cheers mate, does that work in office 2007 ?
as there aint a tool bar along top of screen unlike office 2003

notepad++ also does the job if you have problems with word.

Or, you could always just highlight the text, and press Shift+F3 to cycle through the various upper/lower/sentence cases etc.
