Does geometry need redone after fitting camber bolts?

Car  Audi S3 & 172 Cup
I'm running Bilstein B14 coilovers and AST adjustable top mounts on my 172 Cup and car has been professionally set up (corner weighted and alignment) by a local motorsport company and is running -0.60 camber on the front. I would like to improve turn-in and think adding more negative camber is the way to go. The question is whether after fitting the camber bolts, do I need to get the geometry redone or can I just simply fit the bolts and set them at maximum negative camber? I'm writing this not having seen what camber bolts look like or really understanding how they work.
