In two years mine has only ever done it once, on one night and for a period of a few minutes.

Mine went into the dealers to be sorted, I've now got a black temp sensor on the off side mirror aswell as the near side, guess what, it still whistles.

They broke one of the mirror cover lugs, I gave up.

its the hole at the bottom of the mirror for the temp sensor for the froggie version of the car....i have holes on the top of my bike mirrors and the whistle ALL THE TIME!!!! soooooooooo annoying going to put some tape over the hole!
