Mine must be gone due to the jerkyness on and off the throttle, not really wanting a vibrating dash so is oe the best and cheapest option? Any idea how much

Not sure how much OE ones are but probably the best option for standard.

I don't seem to have noticed any increased vibration from my blue powerflex though.

Mines powerflex'd and it only vibrates quite a bit when I've got the AC on.

Purple Powerflex one settles down after 100 miles or so.

Fitted one to my mates recently and it was like standard, no vibration at all.

I think it depends on the condition of your other mounts as to how much vibration you get once fitted.

£40 for genuine new dog bone. i fitted one once, tried it with a bar to see how much they flex when new, took it straight back off and fitted powerflex one and the customers request. sort as buggery even when new!!

Only reason I asked is that I fitted the kangoo top engine mount and that vibrates like crazy. There's no gap between the rubber and the metal U shaped piece of metal

the gap is minimal to say the least, but it's not worth just replacing one mount as that will show up how worn the others are.

2 options tried them both.
Remove doggone turn big bush 90derees and refit that takes out a lot of movement .
You will see why it makes a difference when you get it off as bush has gaps either side in housing to alow the forward and backwards movement .
When you turn it gaps are top and bottom so less movement.
Other option buy power flex just fit the larger bush leave small one std that's what I did . No movement or rattles or vibrations.

I will try the dogbone rotation idea, then replace if it makes little difference. I have also done the upper gearbox mount.
