Domain problem

Hi, I need to change the name servers on my website domain, I have just recieved an email off my Hosts giving me the details and telling me to log into the site my domain is registered.

Now as I am a mongol, I have forgotten which site i bought my domain off! IS there anyway of finding out?

but ye a whois would have retrieved the info for you.. can also find out who owns the NS servers using nslookup.

I've changed the nameservers over but the site is still down, Does it take a while?

usually yes give it 24 hour, but i find they are done in an hour or less usually!
