Dont touch coil pack when engine is running!!

so many experts on here.lol. Well I'm an Engineer too.:rasp: Frequency has a big thing to do with this.

so 50,000V across 1Mohm (resistance of human body across the arms) = 50mA

If this was ac then I would most probably be dead.

Funny thing is as soon as I did it I wanted another go.....

im a qualified electrician (2330) and in 2 weeks will be an electrical engineer student at uni and i have just read the last 2 pages and my head is spinning... work that out!

b****cks when you get electricuted its possible for your body to alter or shift the frequency any way

Is that anything like Ctrl,Alt,Del to get him rebooted!
One thing dont do it in the rain, Might make it a tad worse.

tbh doing it with soaking wet clothes might recreate the faraday cage effect and the path of least resistance would be the water. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I can wire a plug. If he'd used a 13 amp fuse he'd have been fine, especially if wearing wellies and a G string. FACT!

WHY ?

DC is worse than AC as with DC its harder to stop being electricuted at least in an AC wave form there is a point at which the voltage is 0V and its easier to let go.

You need to go and study your trade again by the looks of things.
