How can I adjust the doors in my 172?

The wind took the passenger door for a ride the other day, and now it's super stiff to open, so I assume it's dropped.

could be anything really, from door bent, to hinges bent, without looking noone can really advise on what to "adjust" as it would just be guesswork.

take to a garage and get it looked at.

As far as i can remember there's no adjustment on clio doors so you've most likely bent the hinges on the A post. Most decent bodyshops will have a pretty simple tool to put this right and won't charge youo more than a couple of hours to mend it for you.
