Door Handles and bump strips

Little bit of knowledge needed please

Do the bump strips just slide to one side and then pull off or do I need to take the door panel off to get to any clips behind?

How do the door handles come off?

Bump strips just need pushed with a little bit of force, door handles require the door card to come off.

Ah yes forgot about that lol cheers

Right found the door strips http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=278273&highlight=Door+handle just need to locate the door handle one

with the door handles mate all you need to do is unscrew the 4 screws at the bottom of the door, then undo the screw that holds in the door handle n just pop it out, then unscrew the one that nect to the window controll (should be a little plastic cover over it and u can just pop that off) then just run a screw driver round the door (u will here a big click [clip that holds it in place] then just run it all the way round) then pull it off.
