One of my door keys seems to be on its way out, can they be opened-up and a new battery stuck in, or is it a case of forking-out dosh to Reno (it's for a 172 BTW)?

But make sure u put new batteries in straight away!! I know of ppl that have taken them out overnight and the key needs reprogramming lol

^^ me lol but all inside of mine was broken anyway paid renault fuckin £150 in end cudnt b bothered attemting to fix it plus it needed coding!I wouldnt normally pay renault to do anything!
