door mirrors

Does anyone know how to remove the door mirror shells ,as i want to colour code mine and want them off the car to do it.

If it is the new shape Clio then all you need to do is remove the mirror glass by carefuly prising it out with a screwdriver - it is clipped into place and comes out easily. If you have heated mirrors you will then have to unclip the 2 wires going to it. To remove the mirror casing you will see 4 plastic clip tabs that hold it in place - unclip these ant it will be off.
