lol good reason to annoy you i suppose, i would say the sensor on one of the doors is kerplunked or loose, hav a fiddle see if you can work out which one is causing it. open the door, they are the little rubber springy booty things beside the lock.
I had this problem with my mk2 ph1, it turned out to be a dodgey boot lock connection and once replaced was fine. It also messed about with my alarm settings but again this was fixed when the boot catch was replaced.
