Door Problems!!!!

Hi Guys, I have a 2003 Renault Clio dynamique and its been great since i bought it but now the red doors open light remains on even when the doors are shut!!!, Also when i lock the car the indicators dont flash anymore???, But they do when i open the car, So i find myself having to check the doors everytime i lock it incase they havent locked properly but they always are locked properly, Its been doing my head in!!, Has anyone had this problem or know what it might be?

Won't have one unless its got an alarm though. And 99% of the standard clios don't have them.

has it got an alarm? my 1.2 dynamique had the same problem as yours...and it turned out to be the sensor in th boot...mines got an alarm btw
