dot 5.1 brake fluid

got ferodo ds2500 on way along with brembo disks gonna get some dot 5.1 fluid but seen theres loads diff ones out there which one best and where to get from cheers

Motul RBF600 or ATE super blue (although it's dot4, it has a very high boiling point)

I used just under a litre to change mine.
