Drain Coolant System & Brake Fluid??

Hi,can someone please tell me how to drain a Clio 172 Phase 2's coolant and brake fluid system?:S ?

brake system is easy, open up the nipples and get pumping

coolant, pull off the lower hose to the rad

Fred, for the coolant, is it necessary to open the bleed valves when doing this and also drain from the cylinder block drain plug if fitted?

Open the bleed screw on the rad when refilling

...then just stick a hose pipe in the expansion bottle, put bottom hose back on, then open the bleed screw again and do the same.

May aswel be done when draining then aswel yeah?

Doest really matter i suppose, aslong as all the s**t is out, but to avoid air locks when filling, the bleed screw needs to be open..
