drivers seat not sliding

Recently my drivers seat will not slide forward to allow people in the back. Anybody has any pictures showing the mechanism, any suggestions.

a comon fault on ph1
take of the seat
there is a mechanism left of it with a spring push it
also there is linkage left to right check it
may be you will sort it a little
but if you take the seat of you will work more easyly
the nuts of the seat are under the car

all sorted out, ended up with a dislodged pin . Put it back where it was belonged to, done thanks mate.
