Driveshaft noise?

Ive already done a search by the way.

as im pulling off at very low speeds and turning i can hear a knock/click that increases/decreases with speed. mainly just after starting my journey, the rest of the journey it very rarely happens.

recently had a new ball joint and suspension spring fitted locally.

questions:

if something has gone, maybe a driveshaft, will this get worse through driving? (its going in in a fortnight)
could it cause me to literally breakdown?
id ask for cost but id imagine a diagnostic online to be extremely difficult so it could be anything cost wise!

This 'noise' doesn't happen all the time or on full lock, more on a medium (excuse the description) turn?

i have this problem nw ,i had the car on a ramp and it turned out to be the weight on the o/s drive shaft that bolts tot the back of the engine only had 1 bolt in it .
may wana have a butchers at that m8
