Driveshaft sleeve

Hey everyone! Fairly new here.
Recently purchased a well loved and adored 182 from a friend (his on here)
Today I pulled away at the end of my road and a nice clonk then the engine just revved and ive lost all drive.
Being a mechanic we have tracked down the issue.... it looks like the splined sleeve on the offside driveshaft has gone. Not gripping the gearbox side. Haven't taken it apart to check if the spline on the box is ok but hoping it is.

My question is where can I get a new sleeve or driveshaft with a sleeve?

It's a 2004 182 full fat so has the wider track...

Obviously there's plenty of driveshafts on ebay etc but I would prefer to know 100% im ordering the correct one.

Driveshaft are from renault, speak to renaultWolverhampton on here.

The same happened to my brother's 172, worn splines.. We fitted a new sleeve from the same ebay seller in the link - worked a treat!

Haven't actually popped the shaft out yet to check its just the sleeve but it definitely feels like it is. Fingers crossed.
