driveshaft

I recently curbed my car and now there is a kinda repetative noise coming from where i hit the curb !! do u reckon it could be the driveshaft ? or buckled wheel ? gets louder when i turn left ( which is the side i hit ) the sound goes with the speed of the car if you know what i mean !!

and get the front suspension checked out, i didnt want to say, but ive always thought theres something wrong with the front (even when Amy had it) the front wheels are running far too much camber

/ \ instead of I I

check if its the bearing for sure. jack the wheel off the ground, wobble it violently when holding 3 & 9, and 6 & 12. If it moves in both those directions your bearing ha failed.

Where are you planning on taking it?????

To me mate the car looks as if the front suspension has collapsed, just my opinion, but it just doesnt look right!!

Get the springs checked these have a habit of breaking (well, ive seen 2 fail before on valvers)

and you should also check the top mounts

Yeah my mate was a Valver Cup Race mechanic back in the old days!!!!

Hes got a Garage about 5min from the Orange Tree

He knows Valvers inside out

Im no expert but I think so!

BenR will no doubt confirm or reject this when he arrives! ;)

A bearing canstill make a noise when you turn, but usually makes more noise turning one way, but no noise the other, rumbles/whines in a striaght line.

the DS will donk...annoyingly and be perfecty inline with rd speed.

You tried wobbing the wheel yet?

You can reach to the DS from inside the engine bay, give that a hard shove. As std they have a teeny bit of play in the triclaw side, but it shouldnt be excessive and will probably be comming from the CV.
