Driving me absolutely crazy

Car  clio
rite i have searched the whoole internet and various clio related forums nd havnt found one clear instruction on how i am suppost to connect an rpm counter to my car. basicly i have a 1.2 mk2 clio which doesnt have one so i brought this thing off the internet with a shift light nd tht, which has to be connected to the negative side of the coil. ive conceted all the other necessary wires i.e ACC ground and illumination nd im left with my little green wire which needs to go to the engine sumwhere, now from reading other forums my engine has a coil pack which is a little bit diffrent if it was a single coil this would be easy to do, ive read somthing about the pink signal wire coming from the pack but i dont know if this is the same thing. some help please anyone!! cheers

as you look into the engine bay there should be on the top right above battery,a connection with a white cover i thinkit only has 3wires!.try the middle wire.green mybe.
iv fitted one of these before for same reason.

Translation:-

I am not sure. It's an RT so probably 8v, yes. It doesn't say 16v anywhere, I'm guessing its not.

Sorry mate, try using english though. Its a abit annoying....
